At the core of Goose and the Monkey is our commitment to community. Founded by local legends Brent and Ashlee Moore, we believe in supporting and partnering with other businesses that make Lexington so special. That’s why we’ve joined forces with The Perfect Blend Coffee Co., bringing their locally roasted beans into our brews and adding an extra layer of flavor to your pint. 🍺 + ☕ = Magic.
But the collaboration doesn’t stop there. In partnership with Tyler and Madison Prevatte of The Perfect Blend, we launched Pour Folk Pizza, a food trailer serving up delicious flatbread pizzas. The success was so great, it led to the opening of Pour Folk Provisions Co. in February 2022 – our brick-and-mortar location featuring, made-to-order pizzas cooked in a beautiful brick oven, made with our in house dough, plus fresh salads, rice bowls, and shareable plates! 🍕🍴
Our #1 goal? To make your experience at The Goose the best it can possibly be. Whether you're here for the beer, the coffee, or the pizza, we’re all about good times, great drinks, and amazing food – and of course, supporting our hometown.

Each of our brews is made with locally sourced malt from Carolina Malt House in Cleveland, NC, ensuring the freshest and highest quality ingredients.
